Seeking support is a courageous step, and I would be honoured to walk alongside you on this journey with compassion and care. My name is Rez, and I’m a licensed Psychotherapist and Counsellor with over seven years of experience helping individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use, self-esteem, and trauma.

I take a holistic approach to therapy, recognising the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. I believe that true healing involves addressing all aspects of a person’s experience—emotional, psychological, physical, and relational. My practice is grounded in a trauma-informed, client-centred philosophy, and I draw on evidence-based methods such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and psychodynamic therapy. I also incorporate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and Jungian principles, exploring the unconscious, dreams, and symbolism to help uncover deeper insights and meaning.

Before starting my private practice, I gained extensive experience in counselling and psychotherapy across diverse roles. I’ve worked as a Drug and Alcohol Counsellor, supporting young people and families with substance use and mental health challenges, and as an Online Psychotherapist, tailoring therapies to individual needs. I’ve also worked with marginalised communities, providing mental health support to individuals facing complex challenges such as homelessness, addiction, and mental illness. These experiences have shaped my integrative, compassionate approach to therapy, which honours each person’s unique journey.

My online practice ensures accessibility and convenience, allowing you to engage in therapy from the comfort and privacy of your home. About Me

I hold a Master of Psychotherapy and Counselling (WSU), a Master of Science in Health Psychology (Sydney University), and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Macquarie University). I’ve also completed a Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies through the Mind Medicine Institute.

I am a Clinical Member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and am committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care.
